Who or what brought you to the Zone? Dr. Mathew Rabin brought Zone to my attention when I went to see him regarding my recovery from EB (epstein barr) and suggested that I used Zone products to help increase my immune system.
What benefits are you experiencing from these specialized nutrition products?
The main benefits I have noticed so far have been to my immune system, but with that comes so much more. My energy level has been much higher and due to that my recovery and performance has increased as well. I think that I have Zone to thank for not catching even the slightest cold since I starting using the products and that was one of the main reasons I was able to be on top of my game and win the Swedish national championships this year.
