Time’s running out to sign up for the Zone Cruise

Been thinking about signing up for Dr. Sears’ Build a Better Brain Zone Cruise to Bermuda? Now’s the time to act. Slots for the cruise are filling up fast. Join Dr. Sears and his staff July 13-20 on the Norwegian Dream. Call Cruise Holidays at the Stateline (800-772-0847 or 508-336-5566 from Canada) and ask for the Zone Desk.

Joining Dr. Sears for this exciting Zone Cruise is Dr. Julian Bailes, chairman of the Department of Neurosurgery at the West Virginia School of Medicine. Dr. Bailes was the physician treating Randall McCloy, the sole survivor of the Sago Mine disaster. A long-time advocate of power of omega-3 fatty acids and the work of Dr. Sears, one of the first phone calls he made was to Dr. Sears asking him for his recommendations on the amount and type of fish oil that he should use for Randall. Dr. Sears immediately sent Dr. Bailes several bottles OmegaRx and SeaHealth Plus to be mixed together and placed in Randall’s feeding tube. Continued feeding of this mixture resulted in what the medical media called “a miraculous recovery.” Dr. Sears and Dr. Bailes prefer to think the cause of the recovery was simply good science and not a miracle.

Dr. Sears and Dr. Bailes have gone on to collaborate on a study on brain damage, and the results will be presented on the cruise as well as at an international conference in May.

During the cruise Dr. Bailes will be giving lectures on the brain and how to maintain brain health as well as his work with the NFL in treating brain trauma caused by concussions. Dr. Sears will also be unveiling new insight into the profound influence that nutrition and high-dose fish oil has on brain function and modulating the immune system. Just additional reasons why you should immerse yourself in the Zone lifestyle.

You’ll enjoy a week of exquisitely prepared Zone cuisine, attend informative seminars, and learn new cooking and lifestyle tips. Perhaps most importantly, though, you’ll reconnect with old friends and meet new friends who share a common objective — achieving a lifetime of wellness.

The Zone Cruise is also a great opportunity to experience Bermuda, the former British colony and charming, 21-square-mile paradise known for its rich palette of wondrous colors, fantastic beaches, world-class golf, and great shopping. You’ll see for yourself why Bermuda has one of the highest visitor return rates of any resort destination in the world!

The 2008 Boston to Bermuda cruises are selling very, very well and space is limited, particularly for balcony staterooms. In addition, for logistics reasons, we’ll be limiting Zone Seminar participation to approximately 100 passengers. We expect to sell out soon, so if you’d like to cruise with us, don’t delay. Call Cruise Holidays at the Stateline (800-772-0847 or 508-336-5566 from Canada) and ask for the Zone Desk.
